IG Desiccant

Insufflate the sieve bed with vapor to exchange the organics out to avoid char formation at first ,then reactivate the molecular sieve with common method .For further detail ,please abide our latest instruction.

Activation and re-activation
Both of them should be activated at its initiation . Input H2 contained gases at 100-200/h air speed ,heat the agent gradually and keep it at 200 ? and 300 ? separately for 1hour ,heat on and keep it at 400 ? until the gases volume reach up to 1.5-2.0liter per gram agent ,stop heating ,input the gases on ,cool down and keep it air-proofed for ready .
It should be re-activated when either being disabled .Input H2contained gases at 150-300/h air speed ,heat the agent at 4 ? /minute,then keep it at 200 ? and 300 ? separately for 1hour ,heat on and keep it at 350 ? for 3hours,stop heating ,input the gases on ,cool down and keep it air-proofed for ready .
Attention:
Dispel all the air confined in the forepart systems and pipes before running.
Need to be re-activated when it is less than 0.5cm between the brown-changed color and bed bottom.
Need to be linked in hard ,but plastic or rubber pipes between the deaerator and systems as to avoid air infiltration.
Not being contacted with air after re-activated ,of might cause flame
The agent could shrink after reactivated ,please employ according measure at loading. Packing: 25kg steel drum.
