Sodium alginate,food grade
It's extracted from seaweeds, widely used in food industry as stablizer,
thickener and emulsion ,hydration and gelling property. It's also can
be used in medicial industry, as dental impression materials, mostatic
and preventing and exclusion from radioactive harmful metals.

Since there are hydrophilic and organophilic group in its molecular structure,
so it possesses features such as emulsification, thickening , expansibility,

with other additives, especially in acidic drinks.
